The website you (i.e., the user) are accessing is created, owned, and operated by the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), an Executive Branch of the Philippine Government. It is the official website of the DOTC, and shall hereafter be refered to as the DOTC website.

The DOTC website has been designed to assist its stakeholders in gathering transportation and communications related data.

Hence, all materials contained herein are the exclusive property of the DOTC, unless otherwise indicated.

The DOTC website and the content within is limited to personal, non-commercial use. Utilizing or selling the content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the DOTC is strictly prohibited, and may be cause for legal action against the user.


Unauthorized and unlawful use (e.g. hacking, altering, or defacing content, etc.) of this website (e.g. its system and the information contained herein), with or without malicious intent / purpose, is strictly prohibited. The aforementioned shall be considered as civil and / or criminal violations, and shall be dealt with under the full force of the law.

Although we endeavor to keep the DOTC website updated and accurate, in no event will the DOTC be liable for any loss or damage, indirect or consequential, arising from the use of the DOTC website.

Constructive corrections, comments, and suggestions with regard to the content of the DOTC website are highly appreciated. These corrections, comments, and suggestions however, are for the consideration of the DOTC administrator, and are ultimately subject to his or her validation and discretion.

The DOTC undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure that the DOTC website remains operational. However, the DOTC will not be liable for the DOTC website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond the DOTC’s control.


The DOTC website is not set up to track, collect, or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Unless the user otherwise consents, the DOTC will use personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to emails, process inquiries, and process requests.
